Cheerleading The City of Glendale's Cheerleading League is for participants ages 8-14. Children will be placed on teams and learn the basics of cheerleading. They will showcase their skills and perform during games for the NFL Youth Flag Football League. Participants will learn cheers, chants, dance, jumps, basic lifts and tumbling. Volunteer coaches will emphasize skill development, sportsmanship and a healthy self-image.
