The Housing Division helps eligible residents secure safe, decent, and sanitary housing if they cannot afford housing in the private market. They operate three city-owned rental properties with 155 units within these communities. Eligible residents can rent at a rate not to exceed 30 percent of their adjusted monthly income. Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers also help residents secure privately owned rental housing. See the link above to the City's website for more details.
